(Our Play on Spanish Roasted Sea Bream)

- 1 Whole Sea Bream (cleaned)
- 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50ml Olive oil
- 1 Lemon (sliced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
Cooking Method
- The Coat Score the fish; rub with oil, garlic, and dry spices.
- The Bloom Add a tiny 10ml splash of water to the rosemary-oil rub to help the aromatics penetrate.
- The Scorch Stuff lemon slices into the cavity; roast at 200°C for 15 minutes until charred and flesh is white.
- The Final Flourish Drizzle with raw extra virgin olive oil and fresh raw parsley.
