Ingredients: 1 Whole Sea Bream (cleaned), 1 tsp Dried Rosemary, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Salt, 50ml Olive oil, 1 Lemon (sliced), 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)...

  • 1 Whole Sea Bream (cleaned)
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 50ml Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon (sliced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)

Cooking Method

  1. The Coat Score the fish; rub with oil, garlic, and dry spices.
  2. The Bloom Add a tiny 10ml splash of water to the rosemary-oil rub to help the aromatics penetrate.
  3. The Scorch Stuff lemon slices into the cavity; roast at 200°C for 15 minutes until charred and flesh is white.
  4. The Final Flourish Drizzle with raw extra virgin olive oil and fresh raw parsley.
