THE ZESTY REEF-SWELL
(Our Play on Linguine with Clams and Ginger)
Ingredients: 500g Fresh Clams (cleaned), 20g Fresh ginger (grated), 3 cloves Garlic (minced), 100ml White wine, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Salt...
Ingredients
- 500g Fresh Clams (cleaned)
- 20g Fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 100ml White wine
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté ginger and garlic in olive oil until golden and fragrant.
- The Bloom Add pepper and salt with a 20ml splash of wine to release the aromatics.
- The Swell Pour in the remaining wine; bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
- The Marriage Add clams; cover tightly and cook for 5 minutes until shells have opened.
- The Final Flourish Toss with hot linguine and a massive hit of fresh raw coriander.
