(Our Play on Lemon Garlic Prawns)

- 400g King prawns (cleaned)
- 6 cloves Garlic (finely diced)
- 50g Butter

Cooking Method
- The Scorch Heat a heavy pan until shimmering; fry prawns for 2 minutes until pink and charred.
- The Architect Push prawns aside; melt butter and fry garlic until deep golden and nutty.
- The Bloom Add pepper and chili with a tiny 15ml splash of water to emulsify the butter into a silk.
- The Marriage Toss the prawns through the garlic silk; add lemon juice.
- The Final Flourish Finish with fresh parsley and lemon zest for a sharp aromatic hit.
