- 400g King prawns
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Jalapeño (minced)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry prawns and jalapeño in oil until charred and pink.
- The Architect Add garlic; sauté for 30 seconds until the aroma fills the room.
- The Bloom Add cumin and a 20ml splash of lime juice; the steam will release the citrus and spice oils.
- The Marriage Toss for 1 minute until the liquid reduces to a thin, sharp glaze.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh coriander.
