Ingredients: 2 White fish fillets (Hake or Cod), 2 Eggs, 50g Flour, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp White pepper, 1 tsp Dried Parsley, 1 Lemon (juiced), 50g Butter...

Ingredients

  • 2 White fish fillets (Hake or Cod)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50g Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 50g Butter

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk the white pepper into the egg with a tiny 5ml splash of lemon juice to release the aromatics.
  2. The Coat Dredge fish in flour then the spiced egg silk.
  3. The Scorch Fry in butter on high heat for 3 minutes per side until the edges are rock-hard golden.
  4. The Marriage Add remaining lemon juice to the pan for the last 30 seconds to lacquer the fins.
  5. The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and extra lemon zest.
