- 2 Eggs
- 50g Flour
- 1 tsp Salt

- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 Lemon (juiced)

Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk the white pepper into the egg with a tiny 5ml splash of lemon juice to release the aromatics.
- The Coat Dredge fish in flour then the spiced egg silk.
- The Scorch Fry in butter on high heat for 3 minutes per side until the edges are rock-hard golden.
- The Marriage Add remaining lemon juice to the pan for the last 30 seconds to lacquer the fins.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and extra lemon zest.
