Ingredients: 400g Cooked Prawns (chilled), 1 Red onion (finely diced), 1 Cucumber (diced), 2 Tomatoes (diced), 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Hot sauce, 200ml Tomato juice (or Clamato), 2 Limes (juiced), 1 tbsp Olive oil...

Ingredients

  • 400g Cooked Prawns (chilled)
  • 1 Red onion (finely diced)
  • 1 Cucumber (diced)
  • 2 Tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Hot sauce
  • 200ml Tomato juice (or Clamato)
  • 2 Limes (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk lime juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; the acid will prime the spice.
  2. The Silk Merge Stir in the tomato juice and olive oil until combined.
  3. The Marriage Fold in the prawns, onions, cucumber, and tomatoes; let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. The Assembly Pour into chilled glasses.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with raw avocado chunks and a massive hit of fresh coriander.
