Ingredients: 400g Cooked Prawns (chilled), 1 Red onion (finely diced), 1 Cucumber (diced), 2 Tomatoes (diced), 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Hot sauce, 200ml Tomato juice (or Clamato), 2 Limes (juiced), 1 tbsp Olive oil...
Ingredients
- 400g Cooked Prawns (chilled)
- 1 Red onion (finely diced)
- 1 Cucumber (diced)
- 2 Tomatoes (diced)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Hot sauce
- 200ml Tomato juice (or Clamato)
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk lime juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; the acid will prime the spice.
- The Silk Merge Stir in the tomato juice and olive oil until combined.
- The Marriage Fold in the prawns, onions, cucumber, and tomatoes; let sit for 10 minutes.
- The Assembly Pour into chilled glasses.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw avocado chunks and a massive hit of fresh coriander.
