- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil

- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Lemon (juiced and zested)
- 1 tsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sear swordfish on maximum heat for 3 minutes per side until charred and firm; remove.
- The Architect In the same pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until golden.
- The Bloom Add oregano and pepper with a 20ml splash of water to form a fragrant, spicy steam.
- The Marriage Stir in lemon juice and honey; pour the hot zesty silk over the fish.
- The Final Flourish Top with lemon zest and a massive hit of raw parsley.
