Cooking Method
- The Bloom Mix breadcrumbs, herbs, and lemon zest with a tiny 10ml splash of water to form a sticky crumb.
- The Scorch Pan-fry fish in butter for 3 minutes per side until golden.
- The Marriage Press the herb-crumb onto the fish; grill for 2 minutes until charred and crispy.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley matchsticks and extra lemon juice.
