- 30g Fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 Shallot (minced)
- 1 tsp White pepper

- 100ml Double cream
- 100g Fresh Spinach (minced)
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sear salmon in oil until charred and golden; remove.
- The Architect Sauté shallots and ginger in 20g butter until soft.
- The Bloom Add the spices and a 20ml splash of lemon juice; the sizzle will release the ginger aromatics.
- The Silk Merge Add spinach and cream; simmer for 3 minutes until the greens wilt into a thick emerald silk.
- The Marriage Return the salmon for 1 minute to lacquer in the green fire.
- The Final Flourish Finish with raw lemon zest and extra fresh pepper.
