- 2 Tilapia or Cod fillets

- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 1 tbsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sear fish in oil on high heat for 3 minutes per side until charred and golden; remove.
- The Architect In the same pan, sauté garlic until golden and fragrant.
- The Bloom Add spices and a 20ml splash of lime juice; the steam will release the citrus and spice oils.
- The Marriage Stir in honey; pour the hot zesty silk over the fish.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and extra lime zest.
