- 1 Whole Sea Bream (cleaned)
- 30g Fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
Cooking Method
- The Coat Rub the fish with oil, ginger, garlic, and spices.
- The Bloom Add a tiny 10ml splash of water to the ginger-spice mix to help it penetrate the flesh.
- The Scorch Roast at 200°C for 15 minutes until the skin is charred and the eyes turn white.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and lemon zest.
