- 250g Ricotta cheese
- 1 Lemon (juiced and zested)
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 30g Parmesan
- 50ml Pasta water
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk ricotta, lemon zest, and spices with a 30ml splash of warm pasta water to form a thick silk.
- The Marriage Toss hot pasta with the ricotta silk and lemon juice.
- The Silk Merge Stir in parmesan and an extra splash of water until the sauce is glossy and coats every strand.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw lemon zest and fresh raw mint matchsticks.
