- 250g Ricotta cheese
- 1 Lemon (zested)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Cooking Method
- The Shape Place the ricotta on a baking tray; flatten slightly into a disk.
- The Bloom Whisk the oil, honey, and spices with a tiny 10ml splash of water; pour over the cheese.
- The Scorch Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw lemon zest and fresh thyme leaves.
