- 400g Sweetcorn (fresh or canned)
- 1 Red onion (minced)
- 1 Red pepper (diced)
- 1 Jalapeño
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry corn in a dry pan on max heat until charred and popping; let cool.
- The Bloom Whisk lime juice, oil, and spices with a tiny 10ml splash of water; the moisture will swell the cumin.
- The Marriage Toss the corn and veg in the spiced silk until fully coated.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh coriander matchsticks.
