- 500g Cooked Octopus (tentacles)
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 60ml Olive oil
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- Handful of fresh Parsley
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Grill tentacles on maximum heat until rock-hard charred and curled.
- The Bloom Whisk oil, lemon juice, and spices in a bowl; add a tiny 10ml splash of water to bloom the oregano.
- The Marriage Toss the hot charred reef and capers in the spiced citrus silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive amount of raw fresh parsley matchsticks.
