Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Massive handful of fresh Coriander
Cooking Method
- The Coat Whisk oil, lime juice, honey, and half the coriander; rub heavily onto the salmon.
- The Bloom Dust the dry spices over the fish; add a 10ml splash of water to the tray to help the spices swell into the glaze.
- The Scorch Bake at 200°C for 12 minutes until the edges are charred and the center is flaky.
- The Final Flourish Top with the remaining raw fresh coriander and lime zest.
