- 400g Nopal (Cactus pads, diced) or Green beans
- 1 Red onion (minced)
- 2 Tomatoes (diced)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Boil cactus in salted water for 5 minutes; drain and rinse until no longer tacky.
- The Bloom Whisk lime juice and spices with a tiny 10ml splash of water; the acid will release the spice oils.
- The Marriage Toss the cactus, onion, and tomatoes in the spiced lime silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with crumbled feta and a massive hit of raw fresh coriander.
