Ingredients
- 500g Chicken breast (chunks)
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Chili powder
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté diced onions until pale golden; don't rush the sugars.
- The Bloom Add dry spices and a splash of water to form a thick masala base.
- The Sear Add chicken chunks; fry for 5 minutes until sealed.
- The Silk Whisk yogurt and honey; stir into the pan on low heat until the sauce is velvety.
- The Final Flourish Garnish with raw ginger matchsticks for a fresh hit.
