- 500g Chicken thighs (chunks)
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Yellow curry paste
- 200g Potato (cubed)
- 1 Onion (petals)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry curry paste and turmeric in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.
- The Bloom Add a 30ml splash of coconut milk; stir until the yellow oil separates from the cream.
- The Swell Add chicken, potatoes, and the rest of the coconut milk; simmer for 15 minutes.
- The Final Flourish Add a final squeeze of lime and fresh red chilies.
