(Our Play on Bosnian Dumplings with Spring Aromatics)

Ingredients
- 400g Meat dumplings
- 100g Fresh Wild Garlic (minced)
- 50g Butter
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 200ml Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Boil Boil dumplings in salted water until they float; drain.
- The Architect Melt butter and sauté wild garlic until soft.
- The Bloom Add white pepper with a tiny 15ml splash of dumpling water; the sizzle will release the allicin.
- The Silk Merge Whisk in sour cream and vinegar off the heat until it forms a thick, emerald-veined white silk.
- The Marriage Toss the dumplings in the garlic-silk until heavily coated.
- The Final Flourish Top with extra raw wild garlic and black pepper.
