Ingredients

  • 400g Chicken breast (thinly sliced)
  • 30g Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 100ml White wine
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 50g Butter

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Dredge chicken in flour; fry in 2 tbsp oil until golden and crispy; remove.
  2. The Architect In the same pan, sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  3. The Bloom Add the wine, lemon juice, and capers with a 30ml splash of water; boil for 3 minutes to reduce.
  4. The Marriage Return the chicken to the pan; simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce is thick and glossy.
  5. The Final Flourish Garnish with fresh lemon slices and raw parsley.
