- 400g Chicken breast (thinly sliced)
- 30g Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100ml White wine
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 50g Butter
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Dredge chicken in flour; fry in 2 tbsp oil until golden and crispy; remove.
- The Architect In the same pan, sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
- The Bloom Add the wine, lemon juice, and capers with a 30ml splash of water; boil for 3 minutes to reduce.
- The Marriage Return the chicken to the pan; simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce is thick and glossy.
- The Final Flourish Garnish with fresh lemon slices and raw parsley.
