Ingredients: 1kg Fresh Mussels, 6 cloves Garlic (minced), 50ml Olive oil, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Salt, 150ml White wine, Fresh Parsley...

  • 1kg Fresh Mussels
  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 50ml Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 150ml White wine
  • Fresh Parsley

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden and fragrant.
  2. The Bloom Add pepper and salt with a 20ml splash of water to form a sharp aromatic steam.
  3. The Swell Pour in the wine; bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
  4. The Marriage Add the mussels; cover tightly and cook for 5 minutes until all have opened.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with a massive amount of raw fresh parsley and serve with lemon.
