(Our Play on Balkan Walnut Chicken)

Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts (pounded thin)
- 150g Walnuts (finely ground)
- 50g Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Mustard
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk eggs and mustard with a tiny 5ml splash of water to release the mustard sting.
- The Coat Dredge chicken in flour, the spiced egg silk, then the walnut-crumb.
- The Scorch Fry in oil on medium-high heat until the crust is rock-hard and golden brown.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh lemon juice.
