- 400g Cooked Chicken (shredded)
- 200g Walnuts
- 2 slices Stale bread
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds (crushed)
- 200ml Chicken stock (warm)
- 50ml Olive oil
Cooking Method
- The Architect Blitz walnuts, bread, and garlic into a fine crumb.
- The Bloom Add spices and stock to the nutty architecture; whisk until it forms a thick, ivory silk.
- The Marriage Fold the shredded chicken into the walnut silk until every strand is coated.
- The Fire Finish Heat olive oil with extra paprika until it foams and turns red.
- The Final Flourish Pour the red fire-oil over the cold chicken silk; top with raw parsley.
