(Our Play on Serbian Potato Salad)
Ingredients: 600g Potatoes (boiled, sliced), 1 Large Red onion (finely sliced), 100g Sunflower oil, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Salt, 4 tbsp Wine vinegar, 1 tsp Sugar...
Ingredients
- 600g Potatoes (boiled, sliced)
- 1 Large Red onion (finely sliced)
- 100g Sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
Cooking Method
- The Swell While potatoes are hot, toss with raw red onion.
- The Bloom Whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, and spices with a 10ml splash of hot potato water; the heat will bloom the pepper oils.
- The Marriage Pour the hot silk over the potatoes; the starch will absorb the vinegar sting.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley matchsticks.
