- 4 Large Tomatoes (diced)
- 1 Red onion (minced)
- 2 Jalapeños (finely minced)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Mix Combine tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños in a bowl.
- The Bloom Whisk lime juice and vinegar with the salt and sugar; the liquid will swell the heat of the peppers.
- The Marriage Toss the veg in the spiced acid silk until fully coated.
- The Final Flourish Add a massive hit of raw fresh coriander matchsticks and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
