(Our Play on Classic Marinara)

Ingredients
- 2 Red onions (finely diced)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 800g Canned plum tomatoes (crushed)
- 50ml Olive oil
- Handful of fresh Basil
- 20g Parmesan (grated)
Cooking Method
- The Foundation Heat olive oil and sauté onions until they are deep golden and sweet to build the sauce architecture.
- The Bloom Add garlic, oregano, and chili flakes with a 30ml splash of water to bloom the dried herbs without burning the garlic.
- The Swell Pour in the tomatoes and sugar; simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce thickens and the oil begins to separate.
- The Marriage Toss with your favorite pasta; ensure every strand is coated in the red silk.
- The Final Flourish Tear fresh basil over the top and add a hit of raw parmesan.
