- 500g Chicken thighs (3cm chunks)
- 2 tbsp Miso paste
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 Onion (sliced into petals)
- 20g Ginger (grated)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry chicken and onions in a hot pan until the meat is sealed and onions are charred.
- The Bloom Whisk miso, honey, and vinegar with a 30ml splash of water; pour over the bird.
- The Marriage Stir-fry for 5 minutes as the sauce reduces into a thick, savory umami silk.
- The Final Flourish Garnish with fresh ginger matchsticks and a hit of lime.
