- 400g Mixed Seafood (Mussels, Prawns, Squid)
- 3 cloves Garlic (sliced)
- 100ml White wine
- 2 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 200g Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 50ml Olive oil
Cooking Method
- The Architect Heat oil and sauté garlic until it starts to turn golden brown.
- The Bloom Add chili and tomatoes with a 30ml splash of wine; the steam will help the tomatoes burst.
- The Swell Add remaining wine and bring to a boil; simmer for 5 minutes until reduced.
- The Marriage Drop in the seafood; cover and cook for 5 minutes until shells open and prawns are pink.
- The Final Flourish Toss with hot linguine and a massive hit of raw fresh parsley.
