- 6 Long Red Peppers (roasted and peeled)
- 6 Anchovy fillets
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 100ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Cooking Method
- The Architect Layer the peeled peppers in a flat dish.
- The Bloom Heat oil and garlic in a pan; add spices and anchovies; the sizzle will melt the fish into a dark silk.
- The Marriage Stir in capers; pour the hot umami silk over the cold peppers.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive squeeze of raw lemon and fresh parsley.
