Ingredients: 6 Roasted Red Peppers (peeled and sliced), 6 Anchovy fillets, 2 tbsp Capers, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Dried Oregano, 60ml Olive oil, 2 cloves Garlic (minced)...

Ingredients

  • 6 Roasted Red Peppers (peeled and sliced)
  • 6 Anchovy fillets
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 60ml Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Arrange pepper slices on a flat plate.
  2. The Bloom Whisk oil, garlic, and spices in a small pan; heat for 30 seconds until the sizzle releases the allicin.
  3. The Marriage Add anchovies to the hot oil; mash with a fork until they vanish into a thick, dark silk.
  4. The Drench Pour the hot umami silk over the cold roasted peppers.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley and extra capers.
