- 6 Roasted Red Peppers (peeled and sliced)
- 6 Anchovy fillets
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 60ml Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Cooking Method
- The Architect Arrange pepper slices on a flat plate.
- The Bloom Whisk oil, garlic, and spices in a small pan; heat for 30 seconds until the sizzle releases the allicin.
- The Marriage Add anchovies to the hot oil; mash with a fork until they vanish into a thick, dark silk.
- The Drench Pour the hot umami silk over the cold roasted peppers.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley and extra capers.
