- 300g Cooked Basmati rice (cold)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Peanuts (roasted)
- Curry leaves
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- Fresh coriander
Cooking Method
- The Temper Heat oil and sizzle the mustard seeds, curry leaves, and peanuts.
- The Bloom Add the turmeric and salt with a splash of water to form a vibrant yellow oil.
- The Marriage Toss in the cold rice; stir vigorously until every grain is glistening yellow and heated through.
- The Finish Turn off the heat and stir in the lemon juice and fresh coriander.
