(Our Play on Serbian Lepinja with a Modern Twist)

Ingredients
- 2 Lepinja or Thick Flatbreads
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced to a paste)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100g Butter (softened)
- 1 tbsp Truffle oil
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk garlic and spices with a tiny 5ml splash of lemon juice; the acid will release the allicin.
- The Silk Merge Fold the spiced garlic and truffle oil into the softened butter.
- The Scorch Split the bread; spread heavily with the silk and grill for 2 minutes until charred and smoking.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a dusting of raw sea salt and fresh raw chives.
