THE TRUFFLE-HERB LAVA
(Our Play on Baked Camembert with Truffle Oil)
Ingredients: 1 Whole Camembert (in box), 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Dried Thyme, 1 tbsp Truffle oil, 20ml Dry White Wine...

- 1 Whole Camembert (in box)
- 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tbsp Truffle oil
- 20ml Dry White Wine
Cooking Method
- The Build Score the top of the cheese in a cross; stuff with rosemary.
- The Bloom Whisk wine, honey, and spices with a tiny 5ml splash of water; pour into the scores.
- The Scorch Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until the center is a molten lava and the edges are charred.
- The Final Flourish Drizzle with raw truffle oil and serve with charred baguette.
