Ingredients: 600g Beef and Pork mince mix, 100g Mushrooms (finely minced), 1 small onion (pureed), 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Truffle oil, 2 tbsp Sparkling water...

Ingredients

  • 600g Beef and Pork mince mix
  • 100g Mushrooms (finely minced)
  • 1 small onion (pureed)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Truffle oil
  • 2 tbsp Sparkling water

Cooking Method

  1. The Build Fry minced mushrooms until bone-dry and charred; combine with meat and onion.
  2. The Bloom Knead in spices, truffle oil, and sparkling water; the bubbles will carry the truffle essence through the meat.
  3. The Scorch Form into large thin patties; grill on maximum heat for 5 minutes per side until rock-hard charred outside.
  4. The Final Flourish Serve with raw Kajmak and raw white onion rings.
