- 600g Beef and Pork mince mix
- 100g Mushrooms (finely minced)
- 1 small onion (pureed)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Truffle oil
- 2 tbsp Sparkling water
Cooking Method
- The Build Fry minced mushrooms until bone-dry and charred; combine with meat and onion.
- The Bloom Knead in spices, truffle oil, and sparkling water; the bubbles will carry the truffle essence through the meat.
- The Scorch Form into large thin patties; grill on maximum heat for 5 minutes per side until rock-hard charred outside.
- The Final Flourish Serve with raw Kajmak and raw white onion rings.
