- 100g Ajvar
- 1 tbsp Truffle oil
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50g Butter
- 1 Lemon
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Grill prawns until pink and charred.
- The Bloom Whisk ajvar, truffle oil, and spices in a pan; add 10ml splash of wine to release perfume.
- The Marriage Toss hot prawns in the truffle-ajvar silk.
- The Final Flourish Finish with raw lemon zest.
