  • 400g Prawns
  • 100g Ajvar
  • 1 tbsp Truffle oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 50g Butter
  • 1 Lemon

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Grill prawns until pink and charred.
  2. The Bloom Whisk ajvar, truffle oil, and spices in a pan; add 10ml splash of wine to release perfume.
  3. The Marriage Toss hot prawns in the truffle-ajvar silk.
  4. The Final Flourish Finish with raw lemon zest.
