- 300g Cooked Jasmine rice (cold)
- 200g Fresh pineapple (cubed)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 Red onion (diced)
- 2 cloves Garlic
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry pineapple cubes in 1 tbsp oil until the edges are golden and caramelized.
- The Architect Add onions and garlic; sauté until golden brown.
- The Bloom Add spices with a 20ml splash of water to form a yellow, aromatic oil.
- The Marriage Toss in the rice; stir-fry on high heat until every grain is glistening yellow.
- The Final Flourish Top with toasted cashews and fresh coriander.
