- 200g Glutinous (Sticky) rice
- 200ml Coconut milk
- 50g Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 Large ripe mango (sliced)
- Toasted sesame seeds
Cooking Method
- The Steam Steam the soaked rice for 20 minutes until tender and sticky.
- The Bloom Heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt; stir until dissolved—do not boil.
- The Marriage Fold half the coconut silk into the hot rice; let sit for 10 minutes to absorb the cream.
- The Finish Serve rice with mango slices and drizzle with the remaining silk; top with sesame seeds.
