- 200g Pumpkin (cubed)
- 100g Black-eyed beans (boiled)
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Green chilies (slit)
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 10 Curry leaves
Cooking Method
- The Boil Boil pumpkin in 200ml water with turmeric and chilies until soft.
- The Swell Add beans and coconut milk; simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- The Bloom Add a splash of water to adjust the silkiness to your liking.
- The Final Flourish Pour in raw coconut oil and fresh curry leaves; let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
