THE TROPICAL LIME-CRUNCH
(Our Play on Thai Green Mango Salad)
Ingredients: 1 Large green mango (shredded), 1 Carrot (shredded), 2 tbsp Lime juice, 1 tbsp Fish sauce, 1 tsp Sugar, 1 Red chili (minced), 1 clove Garlic (crushed), 20g Roasted peanuts, Handful of fresh Coriander...
Ingredients
- 1 Large green mango (shredded)
- 1 Carrot (shredded)
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Red chili (minced)
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- 20g Roasted peanuts
- Handful of fresh Coriander
Cooking Method
- The Mix Whisk lime, fish sauce, sugar, and heat in a bowl.
- The Bloom Add a tiny 10ml splash of warm water to the dressing to help the sugar dissolve and spice swell.
- The Marriage Toss the shredded fruit and veg in the dressing until fully coated.
- The Finish Top with peanuts and raw coriander for a fresh, sharp finish.
