Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Pineapple (cut into spears)
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 1 tbsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Mix Whisk lime juice, honey, and spices in a small bowl.
- The Bloom Add a tiny 5ml splash of water to the mix; this helps the spices stick to the slippery fruit.
- The Scorch Grill pineapple on maximum heat for 3 minutes per side until charred and the sugars bubble.
- The Marriage Brush with the fire-silk while still on the grill.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh mint matchsticks.
