Ingredients: 400g Sirloin steak (whole), 2 tbsp Lime juice, 1 tbsp Fish sauce, 1 tsp Chili flakes, 2 Red onions (sliced), 1 tbsp Toasted rice powder, Fresh Mint, Fresh Coriander...

Ingredients

  • 400g Sirloin steak (whole)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 2 Red onions (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Toasted rice powder
  • Fresh Mint
  • Fresh Coriander

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Sear the steak on maximum heat for 3 minutes per side until charred outside but pink inside.
  2. The Bloom Whisk lime juice and fish sauce with a 15ml splash of water; stir in chili and toasted rice powder.
  3. The Marriage Slice the steak into thin strips; toss immediately in the fire silk while hot.
  4. The Finish Top with a massive hit of raw mint and coriander matchsticks.
