- 400g Sirloin steak (whole)
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 2 Red onions (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Toasted rice powder
- Fresh Mint
- Fresh Coriander
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sear the steak on maximum heat for 3 minutes per side until charred outside but pink inside.
- The Bloom Whisk lime juice and fish sauce with a 15ml splash of water; stir in chili and toasted rice powder.
- The Marriage Slice the steak into thin strips; toss immediately in the fire silk while hot.
- The Finish Top with a massive hit of raw mint and coriander matchsticks.
