- 2 Cod fillets
- 50g Butter
- 1 Shallot (minced)
- 2 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 20ml White wine
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Pan-fry fish in oil on high heat for 4 minutes per side until charred; remove.
- The Architect Melt butter and sauté shallots until translucent.
- The Bloom Add thyme and pepper with a tiny 15ml splash of wine; the sizzle will release the woody oils.
- The Marriage Add lemon juice; toss until it forms a thick golden silk. Pour over the fish.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley.
