- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 small red onion (diced)
Cooking Method
- The Sear Fry chicken in a pan until golden on all sides.
- The Bloom Add the soy, honey, and ginger with a 30ml splash of water.
- The Marriage Simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid turns into a dark, thick syrup that clings to the bird.
- The Finish Garnish with a handful of fresh sesame seeds.
