- 1 Jalapeño (minced)

- 50ml Tequila
- 2 Limes (juiced)

Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sear fish in 1 tbsp oil for 3 minutes per side until charred; remove.
- The Architect Melt butter and sauté garlic and jalapeño until golden.
- The Bloom Add tequila, lime juice, and cumin; boil for 2 minutes until the raw alcohol evaporates.
- The Marriage Whisk until the liquid reduces to a thick zesty silk; pour over the fish.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw lime zest and fresh raw mint matchsticks.
