Ingredients
- 200g Sweetcorn (boiled)
- 20g Butter
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- 0.5 tsp Black salt
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sauté the corn in butter until it starts to char slightly.
- The Bloom Add the spices and a tiny 10ml splash of water to turn them into a sticky glaze.
- The Marriage Toss the corn until every kernel is glistening and red.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime and a handful of coriander.
