Ingredients: 200g Sweetcorn (boiled), 20g Butter, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Chaat Masala, 0.5 tsp Chili powder, 0.5 tsp Black salt...

Ingredients

  • 200g Sweetcorn (boiled)
  • 20g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Black salt

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Sauté the corn in butter until it starts to char slightly.
  2. The Bloom Add the spices and a tiny 10ml splash of water to turn them into a sticky glaze.
  3. The Marriage Toss the corn until every kernel is glistening and red.
  4. The Final Flourish Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime and a handful of coriander.
