Ingredients: 20 Fried flour wafers (Papri), 100g Sev (crunchy noodles), 100g Potatoes (boiled and diced), 100g Chickpeas, 200g Greek yogurt, 50g Tamarind chutney, 50g Mint chutney, 1 tsp Chaat masala, 0.5 tsp Chili powder...

Ingredients

  • 20 Fried flour wafers (Papri)
  • 100g Sev (crunchy noodles)
  • 100g Potatoes (boiled and diced)
  • 100g Chickpeas
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 50g Tamarind chutney
  • 50g Mint chutney
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.5 tsp Chili powder

Cooking Method

  1. The Base Arrange wafers on a plate and top with potatoes and chickpeas.
  2. The Silk Swirl Drizzle heavily with yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney.
  3. The Bloom Dust with spices; let the moisture from the chutneys bloom the powders into the yogurt.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of sev, pomegranate seeds, and fresh coriander.
