Ingredients
- 20 Fried flour wafers (Papri)
- 100g Sev (crunchy noodles)
- 100g Potatoes (boiled and diced)
- 100g Chickpeas
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 50g Tamarind chutney
- 50g Mint chutney
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
Cooking Method
- The Base Arrange wafers on a plate and top with potatoes and chickpeas.
- The Silk Swirl Drizzle heavily with yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney.
- The Bloom Dust with spices; let the moisture from the chutneys bloom the powders into the yogurt.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of sev, pomegranate seeds, and fresh coriander.
