- 400g Chickpeas (boiled)
- 1 small red onion (diced)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Tamarind chutney
Cooking Method
- The Mix Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- The Bloom Toss with a splash of water and lime juice to form a sticky, tangy coating.
- The Final Flourish Top with plenty of fresh coriander and crunchy sev.
