Ingredients: 200g Greek yogurt, 400ml Cold water, 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder, 0.5 tsp Salt, Pinch of Chili powder, Fresh coriander (finely chopped)...
Ingredients
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 400ml Cold water
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- Pinch of Chili powder
- Fresh coriander (finely chopped)
Cooking Method
- The Whisk Blend yogurt and water until frothy and thin like a mist.
- The Bloom Stir in the spices; the cold water will help the cumin 'swell' into the drink.
- The Chill Keep in the fridge until the second you serve to cool the palate.
- The Final Flourish Top with a pinch of fresh coriander.
