- 2 Large Ripe Mangoes (diced)
- 1 tbsp Chili-Lime powder (Tajin)
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Chamoy sauce
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk lime juice and honey with a tiny 5ml splash of water to release the zest oils.
- The Marriage Toss the mango chunks in the spiced lime silk until every piece is coated.
- The Assembly Layer mango, chamoy, and chili powder in a glass.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh mint and a final aggressive dust of chili-lime powder.
